Every session is tailored to each clients specific needs ~ from head to toe. The core of my work is based in Esalen® massage. I find the “presence, pace and pauses” of this style, along with the Esalen® signature long strokes, help to calm the central nervous system. This helps me to work with the body and not on the body. That’s when my work is most effective. I work in a three dimensional way, using passive mobilization, stretching, rhythmic rocking & a soft approach to deeper work in problem areas. I support the energetic pathways of the body by stimulating the meridian system and balancing the Chakras in a subtle way. I include and blend different modalities such as reflexology, cranial sacral, visceral & lymphatic massage, Reiki and Thai massage into my sessions. Always working intuitively ~
